SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Once your Sultra.com order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipping.
Sultra.com orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday – Friday, except major holidays). Depending on when an order is received, it may be processed the same day or the following business day. Orders placed after business hours on Friday will be processed on Monday at the earliest.
Tracking information gets uploaded to your order once it becomes available.
Sultra.com cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
We offer free standard UPS ground shipping for Sultra.com orders placed in the USA. Orders shipped via standard shipping are usually delivered within 7-10 business days from the order ship date.
We do NOT offer free standard ground shipping for Sultra.com orders placed in Canada. Sultra is also not responsible for custom duties and clearance; the Canadian customer will be responsible for paying such duties.
Returns We accept returns for any Sultra.com order. We must receive the unwanted items within 30 days from delivery. We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
To ensure a timely refund, please follow the simple instructions below:

Any returns must be mailed back to SULTRA at 7655 Haskell Ave. Van Nuys, CA 91406.

We do not offer prepaid shipping labels; any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

We charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns.

We do not offer returns for purchases made outside of our website, www.sultra.com.

We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds Returns are eligible for refunds or credits only if the item returned is received within 30 days from delivery. It may take up to 30 business days to process the return.
